University of Sulaimani Council

The University of Sulaimani Council, is the chief executive and decision-making body of the organization. The council has wide-ranging obligations for the administration of the University organizational structure‏, for outlining the required mission, for the arrangement of the university work, and for the management of its resources.

This Council and in general in most of the university councils everywhere in the world deals with relations between the faculties, Colleges, and the schools to demeanors consultations and dialogs with external bodies on various difficulties and issues, beside its responsibilities concerning directly to educations, higher education and research programmes.
